In collaboration with ETH Zurich, the Nova Fundaziun Origen is establishing a Center for Digital Construction Technologies (ZDBT) in the mountain village of Mulegns. The ZDBT will enable a broad-based, expert, and intensive knowledge transfer. The center will significantly advance the digital transformation in the construction industry. The resulting network of global partners, regional companies, committed planners, and potential developers will create the basis for a powerful digital transformation of the construction industry. The ZDBT offers ETH Zurich a unique opportunity to showcase the current state of research in the context of already completed projects. We are pleased that this knowledge transfer can take place domestically and will contribute to the development of a region that has already demonstrated a great deal of innovative spirit in construction in the past – for example, in the construction of the Rhaetian Railway.
